JobPicky is an AI job-matching product for people who are tired of scrolling through hundreds of irrelevant listings and applying into the void.
Why it exists
JobPicky was started by an engineer working in Infopark, Kochi — someone who hit the same wall many of you know: hours spent hunting roles, most of them a poor fit, and the nagging sense that the process should not be this manual.
With a background in AI, the obvious question was: why can't software read the jobs, score the fit, and hand me only what matters? A personal script would have been easy. Instead, the idea became a product — built for anyone job hunting, not just one profile.
We're still at a very early stage. We ship, listen, and improve based on real feedback from people actually searching — freshers and experienced hires alike.
What we do
We discover live roles from company career portals, read each job properly, score how well it fits your profile, and show you a short list of recommendations with plain-English reasons — not keyword spam or mass auto-apply.
How we're different

Why pricing stays low
Our goal is simple: useful job matching at the lowest price we can sustainably offer — whether you're a fresher or a senior. We're a small team, picky about infrastructure and running costs, and we avoid the overhead that gets passed on as expensive subscriptions elsewhere. Credits instead of lock-in; fair packs instead of enterprise pricing.
